Terri Howard
Terri is Dr. Lynam's Office and Surgical Coordinator. She schedules all surgeries, consults, and obtains authorizations from your insurance company when needed. From
your first appointment to your last, she will follow you through every aspect of your
surgical process insure total satisfaction. Terri was very instrumental in the opening of
this practice.
Dawn Young
Dawn is the Accounting Administrator for Richmond Surgical Arts, as well as the Skin Rejuvenation Center. She oversees the practice, personnel and the complete financial operation. Dawn assists patients using Care Credit. She will answer your questions and help thru the Care Credit process.
Brigitte Collier
Brigitte is Dr. Lynam's Office Assistant. Brigitte graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Biology. She oversees all clinical aspects from assisting with minor procedures to seeing daily patients. Brigitte ensures continuity of care for all of the patients from your consult to post-op follow-up care. She goes the extra mile to ensure that you feel at ease.
About the Skin Care & Laser Staff
Karen Chaulklin
Karen is the Laser and Skin Care Coordinator for The Skin Rejuvenation Center. She is in charge of scheduling patient appointments for each of our skin care and laser specialists and oversees each aspect of their daily schedules. Karen has in-depth knowledge of the La Roche-Posay, OBAGI and Neocutis skin care lines, as well as the laser procedures we offer.
Betty Gray Seidenberg, R.N.
Betty Gray is one of our Skin Care Specialists. Betty Gray graduated from VCU and the Louise Obici School of Nursing. She has been involved in skin care for over twelve years. Betty Gray specializes in difficult skin types such as adult and adolescent acne, rosacea, severe sun damaged and aging skin. In addition, she helps maintain “normal” skin types to help ensure their optimal condition. She believes strongly in the La Roche-Posay skin care line, often traveling abroad to keep up with the latest in skin care.
Amy Bumanis, R.N.
Amy is one of our Laser and Skin Care Specialists. Amy graduated from Elon College with degrees in biology and chemistry and continued on to MCV for her BSN in nursing. She continues her education by attending yearly advanced skin care and laser seminars to keep abreast of the latest advancements in these areas.
Peggy Cummings, Licensed Master Esthetician, Nationally Certified Laser Professional & Makeup Artist
Peggy is a member of our laser and skin care team. She is a graduate of the Institute for Advanced Medical Esthetics with an Associates Degree in Esthetics and is a Licensed Master Esthetician as well as a nationally Certified Laser Professional (Allied Health Association). She also holds a BA in communications from Florida Atlantic University. Peggy is passionate about healthy skin and helping men and women of all ages achieve their skin care goals through the latest modalities – laser (IPL, Titan, Laser Genesis and Hair Removal), peels (chemical and enzyme), mechanical exfoliation (microdermabrasion and dermaplane) and corrective facials (anti-aging, rosacea, sensitive and much more).
Peggy also has had a lifelong love affair with makeup including eye brow shaping. After training in New York City with Michael DeVellis of The Powder Group, Peggy has become a much sought after makeup artist for brides as well as women who want to either update their makeup routine or are seeking more confidence in their makeup application and color choices. Peggy is best known for creating a natural, polished and sophisticated look.
Peggy keeps current on the latest in skin care and makeup by regularly attending
workshops and seminars. She is a member of the Virginia State Association
of Skin Professionals, a guest lecturer at The Institute for Advanced Medical
Esthetics, appeared on several segments of WTVR's Good Morning Virginia and
a contributing reporter for Richmond's Wedding Guide Magazine.
